Swanage Carnival is proud to support the local community each year, and we’re delighted to announce that applications are now open for charities and community organisations wishing to be considered as beneficiaries for Swanage Carnival 2026.
Each year, the Carnival raises thousands of pounds for good causes through events, collections, and the generosity of our visitors. We’re now inviting local groups to put themselves forward for the chance to receive support from next year’s fundraising efforts.
Who Can Apply?
We welcome applications from:
- Registered charities
- Community groups
- Local organisations delivering positive impact in Swanage and the wider Purbeck area
Whether your work supports young people, health and wellbeing, the environment, community services, or local heritage, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For
Our committee considers a range of factors when selecting beneficiaries, including:
- The benefit your organisation brings to the local community
- How funds will be used
- The reach and impact of your work
- Alignment with Carnival’s values and community spirit
