Stall Application

Please complete this form to apply for a stall at the Carnival Classic Motor Show. This event was previously known as the ‘Swanage Charity Day and Classic Car Show’.

This form will be used to collect information to enable the safe running of the event and data will not be used for other purposes.

All applications will be reviewed, and we will get in touch by email to confirm if your stall booking is accepted and to provide details of charges depending on the type of stall. Fees will be between £30 and £75. The closing date for applications is 31 March 2024, or sooner if all spaces are booked.

Stallholders must provide copies of their public liability insurance, risk assessment and food hygiene certificate (if appropriate).

Stall holders are required to arrive between 8.00am and 9.30am on the day and must leave the site between 3.00pm and 4.00pm.
