Would you consider supporting Swanage Carnival in 2025?

Carnival is huge, and so are the bills!  Our event is solely self-funded we do not get grants or subsidies and costs more than £250,000 to put on. Our team of volunteers take on the mammoth task of organising the event, but each year we must raise vital funds beforehand to ensure we can continue for another year.  

We have made some changes to our advertising offerings to simplify the options available whilst providing improved recognition for your business. There are opportunities to be included in our Carnival programme, on our website, on our social media channels and on our showground.

For 2025 we have a team of Carnival volunteers who are coordinating our advertising.  This means that all proceeds from advertising will go directly to Swanage Carnival to benefit the chosen charities and good causes

For Sponsorship there are packages for every budget, offering unprecedented opportunities to promote your business to a wide market.  We are also happy to work with you to tailor a sponsorship package to your needs.

The large volume of visitors and locals supporting our events provides the perfect opportunity to promote and advertise your business through sponsorship.

Swanage Carnival offers a huge variety of activities, including air displays, live music, sporting events, games, competitions, firework displays and not forgetting the highly anticipated Carnival procession that can all be Sponsored or you can sponsor a whole day!

Last year we trialled an early bird booking discount for programme adverts, with a fantastic uptake. We’re delighted to inform you that due to its popularity, we are running this promotion again until 1st February 2025.
